he Wavy blade is designed to cut low-density foams while providing a nearly dust-free cut. This blade is the best choice for cutting fibrous materials because the smooth wave ridge does not pull out individual fibers as it cuts, leaving a smooth, perfectly finished surface. Our standard Wavy Blades feature a double-sided sharpened edge with a 3/4″ (19mm) pitch.
